- UI/UX/CX Design: Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for websites, web applications, and digital products, considering both UI and UX principles.
- User Research: Conduct user research, analyze findings, and translate insights into design decisions that enhance user experiences.
- Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and functionalities.
- Information Architecture: Define the structure and organization of digital products to optimize user flow and navigation.
- Visual Design: Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, incorporating branding elements and maintaining design consistency.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Create and refine customer journey maps to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Client Interaction: Communicate design concepts and project progress effectively with clients, addressing their feedback and requirements.
- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve and innovate.
- Deadline: Consistently meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- 3-5 yrs of experience in UI/UX Designing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in UI, UX, and CX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
- Experience with agile or iterative design methodologies is a plus.
- Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
- Problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Proficiency in handling design tokens and variables for scalable UI systems.
