Job Summary: - We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team - a leading manufacturer of home elevators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive sales growth. -This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website. - Manage and optimize the company’s website for SEO, ensuring it is user-friendly and aligned with best practices. - Oversee social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement across various platforms. - Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.- Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and customer needs. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies. - Build an in-house digital marketing team to take over all digital marketing activities of the group. Qualifications: - Must be ready to relocate to Chennai. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. - Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or home improvement sector. - Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content development. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
