Quality Assurance Architect

Blue Spire Digital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced QA AI Architect to design and implement the architecture and practices for utilizing AI in our Software Quality Assurance (QA) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, test automation, banking technology, and a proven expertise and deep understanding of AI-driven tools. Key Responsibilities: Enhance Test Case Design Processes:

• Develop comprehensive Test Case design automation using AI.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and create effective AI-driven test strategies.
• Gather feedback and adapt models accordingly to ensure test cases cover all functional and non-functional requirements.

• Integrate AI-generated test scripts into the automation pipeline.
• Leverage AI to maintain and update automated test scripts to ensure reliability and accuracy.

• Define the architecture for integrating AI into the QA process.
• Develop best practices and guidelines for using AI in test case design and automation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the integration process.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers.
• Provide training and support to team members on using AI for QA tasks.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in implementing AI-driven solutions for test automation as well as test case design.
• Proven experience generating business success through AI-driven tools, preferably Microsoft Copilot.Knowledge of Selenium and other test automation tools.
• Preferable experience with dynamic data generation through AI.
• Nice to have: experience in banking technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
