  • Windows OS and Desktop troubleshooting, Well versed with ITSM tool (e.g. Service Now), Incident & Request management, IT asset management, EU backup solution, Reporting, Service improvements.
  • Basic network and server troubleshooting skills with Cisco and Azure platforms
  • Microsoft imaging framework for workstation imaging,
  • End to end Asset lifecycle management including secure data wiping and disposal.
Experience 3-5 years of relevant experience Education
  • Bachelor Degree from Govt. approved university.
  • Certifications: ITIL, IT/Computer Science in case of Graduation in non-IT stream, Server Administration (Optional), Networking (Optional).
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Managing IT support including VIP users at site level and reporting to central IT operations.
  • Handling site level escalations in IT operations including VIP users.
  • Meeting IT & Security compliance requirements as per the firm standard at site level.
  • Onsite IT Operations health check & status reporting to Reporting Manager. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
  • Documentation Creation & Maintenance at Site level: SOPs, Knowledge Articles, Operations related processes.
  • Preparing MIS at site level for various activities, projects and vendor performance.
  • Site level coordination with IT operations related vendors.
  • Site level IT Asset Management: Closely working with FMS vendor. Asset reporting which includes,
  • Stock & Allocation Report
  • Scheduled Replacement Report
  • Identifying new requirements of IT assets
  • Maintenance and updating asset records in real-time
  • Supporting Network & Server related activities at site level coordinating with the central team.
  • Occasional lift, shift & movement of IT hardware devices, laying cables, connectivity etc.,
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 Troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge & hands on experience with Active Directory & Domain, user, group/security policies, MS Intune and SCCM is desirable (Autopilot, Device Management, Windows updates, Autopilot, Application deployment, Reporting, etc).
  • Handling and solving issues during and post migration of Win 10 to Windows 11
  • Good hands-on skill on Imaging, reimaging, Installations, reinstallation, compliance checks, optimization etc., of the Operating system
  • Good hands-on skills in installation, troubleshooting the Printers and related issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving techniques
  • Good knowledge on Audio/Video support devices to support the meetings and conference calls
  • Good Knowledge on O365 Suite, its configurations (Outlook, MS Office, Teams, OneDrive, etc.,) and troubleshooting
  • Manage the day-to-day incidents and service requests resolving them promptly utilizing the ITSM tool (Service NOW) of record
  • Good experience of incident resolution, requests, changes and problem-solving activities delivered to agreed SLAs.
