BD Director - Influencer Campaigns

We, at VuduCom, are looking to employ a persuasive sales representative to convince potential clients to work with our Influencers. Should have extensive knowledge of the influencer landscape and sales domain. Implementation  Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.  Setting up meetings with potential clients to present proposals and address their concerns.  Coordinate closely with the Talent Management team to work in sync with Influencers interests  Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales projections for the team  Lead weekly/bi-weekly review meetings to track progress towards goals.  Ensure timely payments and collections to optimize revenue flow. Other desired skills

• Ideally, at least 2-7 years of work experience; with experience in an Sales role
• Connects in different industries that does B2C marketing
• Connects in different agencies that work with clients who do B2C marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
