The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, creating, and executing social media strategies that effectively communicate our brand’s message, engage our audience, and adhere to healthcare regulations. This individual will leverage social media platforms to promote our healthcare services, educate clients, and strengthen our online presence. Roles and Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and target audience. ● Create, curate, and manage content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). ● Ensure all content adheres to healthcare regulations and internal guidelines. ● Monitor and engage with the community online, responding to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner. ● Collaborate with medical professionals to share educational content, including health tips, updates, and medical news. ● Analyze social media trends and user behavior to enhance engagement and reach. ● Track, analyze, and report social media metrics (e.g., engagement, clicks, impressions) to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. ● Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and healthcare marketing. ● Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, etc.) to ensure messaging consistency across channels. ● Oversee social media advertising campaigns and track performance to ensure objectives are met. ● Assist in crisis communication, addressing any potential issues in real time and maintaining brand reputation. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Healthcare or medical-related certifications are a plus. ● Proven experience (4+ years) as a Social Media Manager. ● Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing. ● Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. ● Proficient in social media management tools ● Ability to analyze and interpret social media data and metrics. ● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: ● Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). ● Familiarity with paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads). ● Basic understanding of SEO and SEM practices. ● Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with medical professionals.
