Workiva Designer

Job Overview: As a Senior Designer, you will be expected to leverage your extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite , including InDesign , to design high-quality documents and presentations. You will independently lead design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all work is aligned with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Proficiency in Workiva is required, as you will use this tool to create and manage sophisticated presentations and reports. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time, and mentoring junior designers, all while working with minimal oversight Key Responsibilities

• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Experience with Workiva to create and manage reports, presentations, and templates within the Workiva platform, meeting design standards and client expectations, creating assets that are integrated with InDesign or fully developed without InDesign.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful, strategic design solutions.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers, offering feedback, guidance, and support to help develop their skills.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality of design output.
• Ensure all designs meet the highest quality standards while maintaining attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering polished work with minimal supervision.
• Foster a creative, positive, and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and innovative thinking.

• 4+ years of proven experience as a designer, with a focus on creating high-quality reports, presentations, and templates, and a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Workiva , with the ability to create and manage complex designs and reports.2 years of experience with Workiva is required, with the ability to independently create, edit, and manage reports, presentations, and templates in Workiva, integrated with InDesign or fully developed without InDesign.
• Exceptional eye for detail, ensuring every design element is polished and aligns with brand standards.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help develop their skills.
• Expertise in layout design, typography, color theory, and visual communication best practices.
• A deep understanding of design principles, with the ability to implement them strategically across various design platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
