Job Title: US Accounting Executive Location: Vadodara Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: US Shift About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented US Accounting Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), billing, and timesheet processing. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and a keen eye for accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and timely.
• Handle client billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Review and process employee timesheets for payroll and billing purposes.
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for financial transactions.
• Generate financial reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience in US accounting (AP, AR, Billing, Timesheet Processing).
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Experience in US staffing industry accounting (if applicable).
• Knowledge of payroll processing and tax implications in the US.
