1. Must have 10+ Years in IT with 8+ years in Splunk
2. Manage and maintain Splunk infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and ongoing support.
3. Perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting of Splunk components.
4. Implement and enforce best practices for Splunk security, access controls, and data retention policies.
5. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal resource utilization.
6. Develop custom Splunk applications, dashboards, and reports to address specific business requirements.
7. Create and maintain Splunk searches, alerts, and saved reports to facilitate proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Splunk solutions.
9. Splunk ITSI service configuration, correlation, optimization, and service Analyzer
10. Integrate Splunk with other systems and tools to enhance overall system functionality.
11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and applications.
12. Develop and maintain Splunk connectors for various data sources.
13. Implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline routine Splunk administrative tasks.
14. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
15. Provide training to end-users and IT staff on best practices for using Splunk.
16. Maintain detailed documentation of Splunk configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting procedures.
