Job Title: Business Development Manager Location : Jammu We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead initiatives focused on generating and nurturing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, critical thinking abilities, and a proven track record in executing business development strategies. This individual will be responsible for both developing new partnerships and maintaining existing business relationships to drive growth and expansion for the company. Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification and pursuit of new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Manage and expand relationships with current partners to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to support company expansion into new markets or verticals.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, business performance, and partnership outcomes to continuously refine and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development projects and partnerships.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a results-driven culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 - 4 years of industry-related business development experience, with a proven track record in leading successful initiatives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute business development plans effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
