As the CGO you will be responsible for spearheading the overall growth agenda across all its colleges. Your role will focus on driving top-line growth by leading the marketing, admissions, and business development functions to elevate groups position as a premier educational destination. This is a leadership position that will require strategic vision, execution excellence, and the ability to foster collaboration across various internal and external stakeholders. This role is critical in achieving the institution's goal of becoming one of the most sought-after educational establishments in India by enhancing visibility, improving student acquisition processes, and increasing revenue generation through effective and innovative marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities :

• Drive growth strategies designed to increase admissions and revenue.
• Lead efforts to optimize enrolment processes and improve student recruitment.
• Oversee brand development and marketing initiatives across all channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborate with academic leadership and operations teams to align growth strategies.

• Extensive experience in driving growth and marketing initiatives within the education sector or similar industries.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Proven success in leading enrolment growth strategies, marketing campaigns, and brand-building efforts in educational institutions.
• Expertise in digital transformation, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about education with a deep understanding of the Indian education landscape.
• Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
