#Performance Management etc. Location: Hyderabad Mode of work: Work from Office Experience: 14-16 years Your Key Job Responsibilities: Accountable for successful delivery of projects • Plan direct and coordinate all aspects of Application Development, DevOps and maintenance projects • Translating the strategic direction of the business into technical considerations for the development, operations and maintenance teams • Collaborate with customer technical team to assess customer needs, manage requirements, changes, dependencies, and production roll out of the applications • Managing external and internal resources and quality/acceptance of deliverables • Understanding the intricacies of Software execution for Projects involving Products Leading teams to ensure they are following the SDLC methodology selected for the project and coaching/mentoring • Drive Agile, Scrum and waterfall models • Leading teams in a rapidly changing environment including performance management, coaching for development, and resource assignment • Mentoring technical team members to increase business acumen including the ability to effectively communicate • Ensuring teams work is visible to customer team and internal stakeholders • Ability to manage remote teams and ensure the quality of work is not compromised with 100% remotes teams spread globally Guiding teams with technical and subject expertise knowledge with respect to • Operating with independent authority and good judgement to resolve technical issues that pertain to the business applications under their area of responsibility • Maintaining continuity of technical knowledge that is significant to the successful operations • Leading the team through and helping them resolve interdependencies involved in large enterprise-wide initiatives • Subject matter expertise with platforms like Azure • Domain experience P&C Insurance Delivery Management • Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid client impact • Facilitate continuous improvement • Responsible for delivery and client satisfaction • Serve as highest point for escalation issues Defining and measuring SLAs and Status reporting to stakeholders • Defining success criteria and SLAs for support and development activities • Measuring and tracking SLAs • Evaluate and report on portfolio and project progress to top management Enable revenue growth of an account within a vertical: • Identify opportunities for deployment of new technology, growth solutions and services in the account by bringing SL practices/ other capabilities for client solutioning • Engage with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase the existing portfolio for an account by providing relevant solutions in order to increase delivery driven revenue • Support pre-sales team to create and propose relevant solutions to the customer requirements/ request for proposals for a project in an account • Support sales team with acquisition and traction of new deals by understanding the customer needs thereby ensuring higher conversion rate Client Relationship Management: • Responsible for delivery and client satisfaction • Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid client impact • Interact with customers to identify customer expectations and ensure all customer issues are resolved appropriately • Review estimates and impact analysis Desired Profile (Qualifications, Skills & Experience) • Prior hands-on experience developing applications in Microsoft technologies especially .NET • Azure or AWS Cloud, DevOps or Containers and Microservices • Development experience of C#, WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS • Should be able to demonstrate depth in Cloud and .NET • Should have extensive experience on cloud migration projects (ground up, rearchitecting, lift and shift)• Delivery experience of projects in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS • Should have experience on leading DevOps initiatives, especially Infra as a Code • Should be flexible to work during client overlap hours in an onsite offshore delivery model • Prior experience working in a Matrix organization as well as onsite/offshore delivery model • Proven experience in delivering large and complex applications in global delivery model • Prior experience preparing RFP, Resource loading, SOW and building right teams • Expertise in Managing delivery teams to ensure timely customer deliveries. • Experience to manage team of at least 100-150 resources • Experience in Managing multiple projects in a client facing role • Ability to run multiple projects in parallel and adapt to changing customer priorities • Experience to handle FTE (must have), Managed Service/T&M projects • Proven experience to handle US/North American client • Customer facing experience with excellent interpersonal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in business with equivalent technical work experience • 14+ years of overall experience and minimum 5 years in Delivery Management Additional Or Preferred Qualifications • Technical certifications based on domain (e.g., Azure, AWS, ADO, .Net, SQL)• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum)
