Solution Architect (RPA Solution)

Job Description Details: What You Will Be Doing This is a Contractual remote role for an experienced RPA and GenAI Lead/Architect. The RPA Lead/Architect will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of automation solutions for clients. The position requires someone with significant expertise in automation, who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, and provide innovative automation solutions. This person will work closely with clients to understand their needs, and oversee the implementation of automation solutions to improve workflows and optimize business operations. ● Have excellent technical understanding of Automation RPA platform including Process discover, ** GKIT MRF V1.0 Confidential Page 2 of 2 Doc Automation, CoPilot, COE Manager and using GenAI technology for complex solutions ● Accountable for end to end solutioning and delivery of the solution basis the scope defined ● Possess strong client management skills ● Working with development team and business stakeholders they select and prioritize projects to ensure work aligns with strategic goals ● Gather and understand the requirements of the business processes and leverage experience to make recommendations ● Troubleshoot problems that arise during implementation projects ● Follow the end to end methodology starting from due diligence, prep, development, test, UAT, Hypercare governance and ensuring that over all project timelines are met and proactively raise risk and plan for mitigates aligning with all stakeholders ● Manage the team and provide training to team members on all Automation Anywhere techniques/platforms and GenAI as and when required
