Job Title: Senior SaaS Product Marketing Manager Location: Remote Experience Required: 10+ Years Department: Marketing Reports to: VP of Product About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior SaaS Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our suite of SaaS products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving product adoption and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches, features, and updates.
  • Positioning & Messaging:
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market, tailored for different personas and industries.
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create effective sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the sales cycle.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Content Development:
  • Create high-impact marketing content, including case studies, white papers, webinars, blog posts, and product collateral.
  • Customer Advocacy:
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to develop testimonials, case studies, and reference programs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure product-market fit and alignment on business goals.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a proven track record of successful product launches and revenue growth.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and product lifecycles.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and tools.
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools or automation platforms .
