Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team based on in-depth financial analysis.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and auditors.
Lead the structuring of financing for property development projects, including project finance, equity funding, and debt management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Identify opportunities for optimizing capital and operational expenditure to maximize returns.
Support the leadership team in shaping and executing the company's growth strategy.
Qualifications and Experience
Academic and Professional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (essential).
CA(SA) qualification (essential).
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial roles, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership position (e.g., CFO or similar).
Proven track record in the property investment, real estate, or development sectors (highly advantageous).
Demonstrated success in strategic financial planning, project financing, and stakeholder management.
Experience in managing financial operations for small-to-medium enterprises (preferred).
Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
Advanced understanding of property development financing structures.
