Deposits – Maker Role This role involves pre-processing checks, data input, and transactional processing of customer instructions for Time Deposits, Maxiyield, Structured Products, Remittances, Cashiers' Orders, and Demand Drafts. Responsibilities include: Performing reconciliation of instructions at the end of the day and ensuring filing is complete and up to date. Adhering to SOPs and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies. Be audit-ready and achieve satisfactory ratings for both internal and external audit reviews. Handling queries from business units within agreed time frames and ensuring proper follow-ups on issues. Carrying out any ad hoc assignments/projects as given by the Team Lead and/or Department Head. Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance productivity and mitigate risks. Skills/Technical Ability Required: Good verbal and written communication skills. Independent worker. Data input skills. Systematic approach and knowledge of Fixed Deposits, Structured Products, and Remittances. Attributes/Personality Traits Required: Team player with the ability to work under pressure. Meticulous attention to detail (Data Input Nature of the Role). Disciplined and able to work independently. Able to work overtime. Experience: More than 1 year of banking operations experience desired.
