The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Meryal Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres. Job Description Spa Receptionist This position serves as the first point of contact for spa guests, providing exceptional service through efficient booking, welcoming guests, and offering information on spa treatments and facilities. This role ensures smooth front desk operations and a memorable guest experience.

  1. Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, appointments, and inquiries.
  2. Manage spa reservations through phone, email, and in-person requests.
  3. Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and promotions.
  4. Maintain accurate guest records and process payments efficiently.
  5. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  6. Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
  7. Support spa team members with administrative tasks and scheduling.
  8. Monitor and maintain front desk supplies and inventory.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a spa or luxury hotel.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Turkish are an advantage.
  7. Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and products.
  8. Experience in cash handling and POS systems.
