Area Operations Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Assistant Operations Manager at Que Club. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring efficiency, and implementing processes to improve operational performance. Qualifications
  • Operations Management, Staff Management, and Process Improvement skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in managing operational tasks and projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools for operational management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
