Recruitment Consultant | Hiring top talent within the Dubai Real Estate Industry

haus & haus holidays are looking for an Account Manager to liaise between the company and their landlords for all queries and concerns. They will be required to understand the core needs of the property owners, and address all needs in a quick and professional manner. This candidate should be ready to go the extra mile for their clients. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of up to 100 landlords.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships.
  3. Work effectively under high pressure.
  4. Lead and control face-to-face meetings.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate exchanges between the client and the team.
  6. Negotiate further properties to manage to maximize profit.
  7. Retain the business year on year.
  8. Cross-sell to other departments within the haus & haus group.
Skills Required:
  1. Proficient in MS Office.
  2. Excellent communicator with a high level of customer service.
  3. Diligent and proactive.
  4. Resilient and strategic.
  5. Problem-solving attitude.
  6. Holiday home experience is an advantage.
