Are you passionate about technology and able to drive a team to deliver a first-class user experience? if so, we’re looking for a Platform Support Engineer based in Milton Keynes. This role is part of the Domino’s Pizza Group IT Platform Engineering and Architecture Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT systems. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. if you thrive on a challenge and have a can-do attitude we’d love to hear from you. ️ What success looks like:
- Strong expertise in at least four of the following areas: Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Office 365, Cisco Networking, Palo Alto Firewalling, Group Policy/Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking concepts, and Active Directory (Azure and on-premise)/Exchange Online.”
- Be the face of the Platform Support team on site, providing a friendly, relaxed but professional support in accordance with our Platform Support Customer Experience (PSCX) which involves several key components aimed at understanding, meeting and exceeding our customer expectations.
- Manage the lifecycle of DPG Assets (Laptop’s, Phones etc.)
- Champion and drive digital transformation
- Experienced in technical delivery of IT tickets via phone email or in person.
