We are currently seeking a seasoned Marketing Coordinator who will serve as the critical link between our Account Managers and Marketing Specialists, ensuring smooth project execution and exceptional client communication. Job Overview As a Marketing Coordinator at Flowlane, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining the workflow between our strategists and specialists. Your role will involve gathering and translating client requirements, managing project timelines, coordinating deliverables, and supporting campaign planning and reporting. You will use your excellent project management skills—utilizing tools like ClickUp—to ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly and meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities Client Requirement Management: • Read and accurately interpret client needs and requirements. • Facilitate communications regarding project details and revisions. Project Management: • Utilize ClickUp, Google Workspace, and other tools to organize, schedule, and track marketing projects. • Manage timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule. • Coordinate logistics for campaign deliverables, including scheduling, approvals, and content distribution. Briefing & Coordination: • Liaise closely with Account Managers to understand campaign strategies and objectives. • Develop and submit detailed briefs to Marketing Specialists (e.g., performance marketers, video editors, copywriters, designers, web developers) to ensure clear and comprehensive communication of campaign goals. • Manage revisions and feedback cycles efficiently to maintain project momentum. Campaign Support & Execution: • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and social media. • Manage content calendars to ensure the timely publication of blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and other content. • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights for campaign strategies. Reporting and Analytics Support: • Assist in preparing campaign performance reports, offering insights to Account Managers and clients. • Support the development of data-driven recommendations to optimize ongoing and future campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using ClickUp or similar tools. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate seamless communication between Account Managers, clients, and Marketing Specialists. • Ability to read, listen, and accurately interpret client requirements and feedback. • Reasonable hands-on experience in one or more marketing disciplines such as paid ads, social media content/management, marketing automation, and SEO. • Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape and an understanding of campaign execution strategies. • Experience supporting reporting and analytics efforts, with the ability to assist in translating data into actionable insights. • Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
