ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. Due to anticipated growth across our flagship portfolio in Central QLD, we have exciting opportunities for housekeepers across 4 Villages working 9x5 rosters (9 days on, 5 days off). The Position Permanent Housekeeping roles available across our villages in Moranbah and surrounds on a drive-in/drive-out or bus-in/bus-out basis (from Mackay). Rosters are 9/5 enabling work-life balance, seeing you home every 2nd weekend! The residents and guests at our village come back to their rooms after spending many hours working out in the heat to clean crisp sheets, a tidy room, freshly laundered towels and a clean shower that can wash away the grit of a hard day’s work. And that’s all thanks to our amazing housekeeping team. Housekeeping is not just about changing linen, cleaning bathrooms and restocking toiletries. It’s about creating an environment that allows our residents and guests to relax, rejuvenate and re-energise. The Person
- Housekeeping/cleaning experience desirable but willing to train the right candidates
- Drivers license and own reliable transport (Bus available from Mackay)
- Be flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously when required
- Time savvy and ability to meet deadlines
- Physically fit and able to stand on their feet for up to 10 hours per day
- Pick your roster – 9x5 or 4x3 for Moranbah locals
