What You’ll Be Doing: ️ Assisting customers with their questions via phone, email, or social media ️ Guiding users through different topics across various projects ️ Providing calm, friendly, and resourceful support – making every customer feel valued ️ Connecting with different departments to ensure smooth issue resolution What You Need to Bring: Fluent Dutch speaker + at least a B1 level of English A passion for delivering great customer experiences Strong communication & active listening skills A positive, proactive, and energetic mindset A love for meeting new people & international experiences Already in Lisbon or willing to relocate for an exciting new chapter What’s in It for You?
