  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance and Accounts Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and best practices. This role involves managing financial transactions, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in compliance with accounting principles.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
  • Assist in tax preparation and compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure proper financial documentation and cost control.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in financial auditing or working with external auditors is a plus.
