Job Objective We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, identifying growth opportunities, delivering product demonstrations, and achieving cross-sell and renewal targets for the client. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong relationship-building skills, and have experience with SaaS or subscription sales. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of 100 key accounts in the assigned territory, ensuring client satisfaction, retention and growth opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly cross-sell and renewal targets through strategically planned virtual appointments, ensuring a 90% retention rate and contributing to an annual upsell quota of $50,000.
  • Demonstrates the use of client products to the customer via Zoom.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and align products to meet those requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and progress within the customer relationship management database.
  • Manage territory via zoom and/or phone by allocating appropriate time to prioritize the goals and requirements to achieve renewal and cross sale targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate SaaS technology products, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills, specifically the ability to listen and respond effectively, to ensure customer has a complete understanding of the value of Leopard Solutions products.
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and deliver results in a SaaS or subscription-based sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to senior leaders in professional services organizations.
  • Ability to ask probing questions, actively listen, and offer consultative solutions that maximize client value.
  • Working knowledge of sales concepts, tools, and techniques, with experience in using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Self-starter with a high level of energy, motivation, and ambition.
