We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our team for Lead Generation. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with US-based businesses over the phone and offer them the digital marketing services and generate leads. Freshers with Excellent English Communication can also apply. (O levels and A Levels are preferred) Timing: : pm to : am Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses.
- Present and promote digital marketing services and graphic designing, including SEO, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and other related services.
- Generate Leads from Calling.
- Experience in Lead Generation are Preferred.
- Excellent Spoken English.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethics.
- American accent will be a plus.
- Identify and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
