- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for structuring and managing PPP initiatives across various sectors.
- Conduct thorough research to identify opportunities for collaboration, evaluating feasibility, risks, and potential impacts.
- Collaborate with public sector agencies, private investors, and multilateral organisations to drive sectoral reforms through PPP strategies.
- Design innovative partnership strategies tailored to the specific needs of each sector, ensuring alignment with national and global best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on legal and regulatory frameworks governing PPP projects in Nigeria and internationally.
- Draft and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with policies, procurement laws, and investment regulations.
- Assess and recommend financing strategies, including structured finance, impact investment, and alternative funding mechanisms for PPP projects.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments to mitigate legal, financial, and operational challenges.
- Develop and implement robust governance structures and performance monitoring frameworks for PPP initiatives.
- Lead multi-stakeholder coordination efforts to ensure smooth project execution, resolving challenges as they arise.
- Evaluate project outcomes using key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, private sector partners, financial institutions, and development agencies.
- Represent the organisation in high-level policy discussions, industry conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
- Design and develop policy reforms that enhance the enabling environment for successful PPP implementations.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, or policy advisory.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing PPPs in Nigeria and Globally.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with international PPP standards and practices.
