Job Overview: Our Associate Database Administrators play a key role in supporting the maintenance and administration of our database systems. You will assist in ensuring database performance, security, and availability. This role provides a great opportunity to grow your expertise in database management while working closely with experienced professionals in the field. Job Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance and administration of databases.
• Monitor database performance and assist in tuning and optimization.
• Help in backup and recovery operations to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve database-related issues.
• Assist in the implementation of database security measures.
• Participate in the development of tools and processes to improve database management efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in database management.
• Experience supporting or maintaining databases in the IT Healthcare domain.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and related platforms.
• Familiarity with other RDBMS or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of database security practices and principles.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
