About the Role: As an Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping GB find and evaluate businesses to acquire. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in private equity, entrepreneurship, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Research & Analysis:

• Research industries and identify attractive business opportunities.
• Analyze financials, business models, and market trends.

• Identify and track potential businesses to acquire.
• Build and manage relationships with brokers, bankers, and business owners.

• Build financial models to assess business performance.
• Conduct due diligence on businesses to evaluate fit and growth potential.

• Manage the deal pipeline and optimize sourcing processes.
• Support outreach, travel coordination, and reporting.

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or similar.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and Excel.
• Experience using tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Self-starter with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work US Eastern Time hours .

• Experience in search funds or acquisition processes.
• Background in workforce or education sectors.
