We are a USA based property rental company looking for a motivated and qualified individual to join our accounting department as a Property Accountant. As a part of our team, you will be working 100% remotely from your location responsible for managing and monitoring daily accounting operations for rental properties. Your daily duties will include preparing, analyzing, and maintaining account records and transactions, such as credit memos, invoices, tenant billing, and cash receipts. You will also assist in the annual preparation of documentation, audits, and filling processes. As a Property Accountant, you will be mainly responsible for ensuring all accounting information and annual business plans are completed accurately and within a deadline. To be successful in this position, you should have amazing verbal and written communication, as well as analytical, organizational, and computer skills.
