About the job Lead UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. As a UI/UX designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements, translating them into elegant and effective design solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine and iterate design concepts.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements and user interactions across various platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design processes.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement of designs.
  • Work closely with developers to implement and maintain design specifications.
Requirements:
  • Proven 4-5 years experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Figma is must. Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, miro or similar is desired.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid communication skills to articulate and justify design decisions.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
