As Manager, Facilities Development & Management at Pakwheels.com, you’ll be responsible for securing land leases for commercial projects and facilities while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with an agile cross-functional team, including legal advisors, government authorities, and project execution teams, to facilitate smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Secure land leases for commercial projects/facilities.
- Oversee legal documentation, including obtaining NOCs from relevant government authorities such as LDA, RDA, etc.
- Build and manage a network of suppliers and service providers for project execution.
- Ensure timely and cost efficient construction and renovation of all facilities.
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of all existing facilities as per required standards.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field; a background in architecture or civil engineering is a plus.
- 7–10 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
