As a Human Resource Intern, you will work as part of the people team, engage in the end-to-end lifecycle of talent management (talent acquisition and talent management). For talent acquisition, you will handle candidate research and sourcing, job portal data management and field career fair using Application tracking system (ATS). For talent excellence, you will collaborate with respective department specialists to develop and maintain learning materials using talent engagement/learning management system (LMS).
Responsibilities
- Perform resume research through job portals and professional social media to source for potential candidates and execute candidates’ pre-qualification
- Carry out outreach by inviting potential candidates for a coffee chat regarding the job opportunity
- Work with universities and colleges to establish our employer branding – including but not limited to securing employer projects, industrial talks, and event sponsorships
- Open spaces and open-mindedness
