Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Automation Intern to join our QA team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for aspiring QA professionals to gain hands-on experience in automation testing and contribute to the quality assurance processes of our software applications. Job Description As a Software Quality Automation Intern at ACE Money Transfer, you will work alongside experienced QA engineers to develop, execute, and maintain automation test cases. Your role will involve learning advanced automation frameworks, contributing to software quality, and gaining real-world experience in testing software systems. Key Responsibilities Test Automation Development:
- Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or other frameworks.
- Support the execution of automated test cases and analyse results.
- Defect Identification and Reporting.
- Identify, document, and report software issues in a clear and detailed manner.
- Help set up and configure test environments for automated testing.
- Work closely with QA engineers, developers, and product managers to understand testing requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Document automation test scripts, test results, and other relevant information.
- Stay updated with automation tools, best practices, and emerging trends in QA automation.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks).
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Understanding of QA methodologies and software testing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
