This is an onsite position, so you must be available to work at our location. Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via chat, call, and email
- Resolve issues and offer solutions promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery
- 1+ year of experience in customer support (chat, call, and/or email)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
