Job Description
- Outstanding grammatical, writing and communication skills in English
- Expertise in writing software manuals or technical documents
- Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
- Study product/ software samples and conduct interviews with product/software designers and developers
- Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
- Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
- Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos
- Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers
- Responsible for the revision of the documents
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or software related field
- Minimum 2 or more year of experience in related field
- English language skills are strongly required
- Experience in MS Office
- Experience in Docusaurus or similar web-based documentation systems
