Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Docker Containerization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing containerized solutions using Docker and related technologies. You will play a critical role in enhancing our application deployment processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency across our infrastructure. Responsibilities: Containerization: Design, build, and manage Docker containers to package applications and dependencies into a portable environment. Orchestration: Implement and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or similar tools. Pipeline Automation: Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment and management of containerized applications. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of containerized applications, ensuring resource efficiency and minimal downtime. Security: Implement best practices for securing Docker containers and registries, including vulnerability scanning and compliance adherence. Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to integrate containerization into existing systems and workflows. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of containerization processes, configurations, and best practices. Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to containers, orchestration, and deployments. Qualifications and Experience: Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and container networking.

• Proficiency in Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their container services (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Knowledge of container security tools like Aqua Security, Twistlock, or Trivy.
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Programming or scripting knowledge in Python, Go, or similar languages.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Certification in Docker, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or other related technologies.
• Experience with serverless technologies and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
