We are looking for a talented and strategic Content Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and target audience needs. Develop content plans and editorial calendars to ensure timely and relevant content delivery. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more. Ensure content is on-brand, engaging, and optimized for SEO. Content Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and performance tracking. Continuously improve content based on analytics and feedback. Content Distribution: Manage the distribution of content across various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and partner platforms. Ensure content reaches the target audience effectively. Team Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce and refine content. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure content supports overall business objectives. Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain an editorial calendar that schedules all content publishing and promotional activities. Ensure deadlines are met and content is delivered on time. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and audience growth. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize content strategies. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in voice, style, and messaging across all content. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the company's values and goals. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor content strategies, and emerging technologies. Apply insights to enhance content effectiveness and innovation. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content creation, content management, or a related role. Proven experience with content strategies and performance analysis.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with content management systems CMS and analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
