• Job Title: Furniture Salesperson
• Location: Boulevard, in front of the Lake District, Mivida, Egypt
• Job Type: Full-time

• We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Furniture Salesperson to join our team in Mivida.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting furniture that suits their style, needs, and budget. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a visually appealing showroom.

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers as they enter the store, assess their needs, and provide detailed information about furniture products, including features, materials, and care instructions.  
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively presenting and selling furniture solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.  
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the store’s furniture offerings, including styles, construction, and fabric options, to provide informed recommendations to customers.  
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and ensure the showroom is well-stocked and presentable.  
• Visual Merchandising: Arrange furniture displays to maximize visibility and customer interest, ensuring the showroom is inviting and showcases products effectively.  
• Transaction Processing: Accurately handle sales transactions, process customer orders, and arrange delivery schedules.  
• Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.  

Job Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or interior design can be beneficial but is not mandatory. 
• Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in furniture or home goods, is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, and knowledge of furniture styles and construction.  
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with moving or arranging furniture as needed.
