Title:  Google Ads Specialist Location:  Remote Type: Part time Timings: 9 PM - 1 AM, Pakistan Standard Time Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, particularly for e-commerce businesses. Your expertise will be critical in driving online sales, improving ROI, and scaling ad performance. Key Responsibilities: •     Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max to achieve e-commerce goals. •     Keyword Research: Identify and target high-converting keywords relevant to the brand’s products. •     Ad Copy Creation: Develop compelling ad copies aligned with brand tone and target audience. •     A/B Testing: Conduct tests for ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance. •     Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results. •     Budget Management: Manage ad spend efficiently, ensuring a positive ROI within budget constraints. •     Shopping Ads Optimization: Set up and optimize Google Shopping campaigns to boost product visibility and sales. •     Remarketing: Develop and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential customers. •     Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Google Ads and e-commerce marketing strategies. •     Familiarity with Techniques and Strategies: Leverage advanced advertising techniques and strategies to optimize results. Requirements: •     Experience: •    At least 4+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on e-commerce businesses. •    Hands-on experience in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center. •     Technical Skills: •    Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento. •    Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking is a plus. •     Analytical Skills: •    Strong ability to interpret data and use a data-driven approach for decision-making. •     Knowledge of SEO: •    Understanding of SEO and how it integrates with Google Ads. Communication: •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Availability: •    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a 20-hour/week schedule.
