Candidate Experience 3–7 years of B2B content creation, particularly in IT, BPO, and Legal sectors. Responsibilities: 1. Content Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing, sales, and business objectives.
• Identify content needs for US-based audiences, ensuring relevance and resonance with target industries.

• Produce high-quality, goal-driven content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, website copy, and social media posts.
• Craft engaging and technically accurate content for  Legal process outsourcing services, with a focus on managed services for Big Law firms.
• Collaborate with the IT team to create compelling content that highlights Information Technology services, emphasizing  Generative AI ,  enterprise application solutions and integration , and  custom application development .

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience preferences to create insightful content that addresses customers pinpoints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and success stories for case studies and white papers.

• Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility, rankings, and organic traffic in collaboration with SEO specialist.

• Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ensure alignment with Hazen Tech's brand voice and guidelines.

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure content supports lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth goals.
