Job Overview: The Acquisition & Growth Executive  will drive user acquisition and growth by strategically planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple online platforms. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to leverage digital marketing strategies effectively. Reporting to the Acquisition Lead, the Acquisition & Growth Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with acquisition objectives, optimize performance, and maximize customer engagement. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other acquisition platforms to drive user growth.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor and assess campaign performance, optimizing for key metrics like CPAs and CPIs.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI while staying within financial guidelines.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and creatives to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and data teams to create compelling ad creatives, engaging landing pages, and high-performing user journeys.
  • Identify trends and insights within campaign data, proposing innovative strategies to drive performance improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices, platform changes, and emerging trends to recommend actionable growth opportunities.
Qualifications:  
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing roles focused on mobile app growth, preferably within the fintech sector. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale campaigns across multiple international markets.
  • Technical Proficiency: A good understanding and experience in digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic networks. Proficient in using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for articulating strategies and results to diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM: Solid understanding of SEO (search engine optimization) and SEM (search engine marketing) to drive both organic and paid digital growth.
  • Customer-Oriented: Always considering the customer’s needs, with a focus on designing strategies that enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Innovation: Open to testing new tactics, refining strategies, and innovating to drive growth in a fast-paced digital landscape.
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in using a variety of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
