Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Up to 6years of experience in ServiceNow development, with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., GlideScript, Jelly). - Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and CMDB. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and principles preferred. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server is a plus. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) preferred but not required. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
