- Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operational tasks to ensure seamless workflow within the HR/ People & Culture department.
- Manage and support on-floor employee queries, concerns, and administrative tasks.
- LinkedIn Page Management:
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content aligned with Manafa’s employer branding strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to highlight company achievements, events, and initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages, fostering interaction and building the company’s online presence.
- Content Creation:
- Design visually appealing content for internal and external use, leveraging Canva or similar tools.
- Create presentations, posters, and other communication materials to support company initiatives.
- Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
- Act as the primary liaison for employees on the floor, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, operations, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience managing corporate LinkedIn pages is a plus.
