• Engage with prospective students to promote and sell industry-relevant courses such as Machine Learning, Data Analysis, SQL, etc.
• Make outbound calls and generate leads through targeted outreach and follow-ups.
• Provide expert counselling to students on available courses and assist them in choosing the right course based on their career goals and aspirations.
• Achieve sales targets by converting leads into enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless enrollment and after-sales support.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the tech industry and course offerings.

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or a similar sales role in the EdTech industry.
• Strong understanding of technical topics such as Machine Learning, Data Analysis, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in cold-calling, lead generation, and sales closing will be a plus.
• A degree in a technical field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in EdTech or similar sectors is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Hindi is a must for effective communication.
