Location: Coimbatore No. of. Vacancies: 2 Role & responsibilities Purpose of the Role:
- To drive the Export business in Targeted market.
- To identify potential counter part for promoting our business in targeted market.
- Execute the Sales execution process for Order booking of Exports Machines Sales.
- To identify and execute strategies to counter competition.
- To prepare, pre and post dispatch documents in line with customer orders and arrange for all concerned logistics for export of machines and there by facilitating a smooth and timely export of machines
- Ensure On-field support of field business development team for all face to face interactions with the customers.
- Encourage customers to purchase products/services they may otherwise have purchased elsewhere.
- Ensure that all new enquiries in the business funnel enjoy appropriate attention as per stage of maturity
- Ensure growth in revenue base by adding new annuities (new accounts and new service lines for existing accounts).
- Submission of report / case study on market potential / required products to R&D to design/develop new products.
- Report on Accessories/ Optional items which will increase the performance/productivity of the machines.
- Monitor field Business Development schedule adherence and tasks feedback to take actions for arresting any issues compromising funnel reach or enquiry flow through the funnel
- Validating the product/services offered by competition for an enquiry vis-à-vis the criteria established by business
