Drive Performance : Regularly coach your team to consistently meet and exceed KPIs. Handle Escalations : Step in with subject matter expertise to resolve complex customer issues. Team Collaboration : Conduct engaging team meetings, communicate expectations, and keep everyone on the same page. Continuous Improvement : Analyze Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identify areas for growth, and implement action plans.
