Role Overview: We seek a talented Algorithm Builder to design and develop innovative traffic signal control algorithms for entire cities. This role is ideal for mathematicians or physicists with a passion for problem-solving, mathematical modelling, and real-world applications. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in improving traffic systems worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced AI-based traffic signal control algorithms using mathematical and computational methods.
- Analyze traffic flow data and model traffic systems to identify optimization opportunities.
- Implement mathematical models and algorithms, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms into software platforms.

- Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Programming Knowledge: Basic knowledge of programming.
- Research-Oriented: Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with optimization techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Knowledge of traffic simulation tools (e.g., SUMO, VISSIM).
- Mathematical understanding of neural networks, reinforcement learning, and other AI/ML basics.
