Analyzes, designs, codes, implements and modifies software-programming applications and software products. Writes code and program documentation. Programs, tests and debugs business applications Analyzes project specifications and procedures and translates into detailed technical specifications. Works with customers to develop new or customized features for software products and services. LOCAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Role would serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs for their markets Responsible for development for ongoing system or enhancement initiative. Running sprint planning, review, demo, and stand-up sessions Work with team leads in determining technical design approach and estimating Work closely with business analysts and other application developers to design a sound solution. Create End user documentation. Support Integrated System Testing. Support Conference room pilot (CRP) and User Acceptance Test (UAT). Traini technical support staff REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE Masters/ Bachelors degree Information Technology or related field 8+ years of IT experience and at least 5+ years as Technical Developer – RP/BY WMS Required Skills and Competencies In depth knowledge of RP/BY WMS application and BY WMS architecture (Web based version). Proficiency in MOCA and its architecture. Full Knowledge of Integrator and ability to create and customize the inbound and outbound transactions between WMS and ERP/Host systems. Strong technical skills in Oracle SQL/PL SQL Strong Technical skills in Shell scripting / Linux Knowledge of Java, Groovy, JS Script Experience in Developing DDAs Development Experience in Jasper Reports and creating Labels. Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plan.
