Aldebaran Media is a Digital Marketing agency based out of Delhi, India. Started in 2019, it has grown exponentially in domestic market and now plans to go full throttle internationally as well. As we progress internationally, we are looking forward to expanding the Sales team, under the role of Business Development - Sr. Executive with 1 vacancy. Note :
- Experience : Minimum 6 months and up to 2 years experience only .
- Location : Candidates are preferred from Dwarka or South & West Delhi.
- Location 2nd perefernce will be given to candidates from rest of Delhi. Candidates from Haryana or Uttar Pradesh need not apply (due to long-distance traveling)
- To onboard new clients as well as maintain relationship with existing clients to their satisfaction & upselling.
- Identify and build active sales pipeline to work upon and convert them to achieve a quarterly / half yearly sales target.
- Work closely with cross functional teams and use collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Co-ordinate with Domestic & International clients
- Monitoring & optimising campaigns as per client requirements
- Delivering performance reports and analyzing data to develop short and long strategies based on growth in order to meet sales target, brand goals and improve performance
- Leverage advanced Excel features (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, etc.) for campaign analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 6 months and up to 2 years of experience in related / similar role.
- Basic Understanding of Digital Marketing - Familiarity with basic concepts of digital marketing and advertising is a plus
- Execellent Fluency in Spoken & Written English
- Able to work independently as well as liaise with team(s)
- Good Interpersonal Skills
